This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you when you use our website or register for a dealer account.
By using our website or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who Can Register
CarryMart is a wholesale business platform intended for dealers and businesses.
Dealer registration is available to businesses that operate a qualifying retail shop, store, mall location, or other business and can provide appropriate business-license information.
All dealer applications are reviewed before approval. Only approved dealers can access dealer pricing and place orders.
Unapproved or rejected applicants may still have their registration information retained for business and verification purposes.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use CarryMart, we may collect the following information.
Dealer Registration Information
When a business applies for a dealer account, we may collect:
* Business name
* Business-license information
* Business address
* Street address
* City
* Province
* Postal code
* Business email address
* Contact phone number
* Account password
* Other business information provided during registration
We use this information to create and manage dealer accounts and to verify that the applicant is an eligible business.
Order Information
When a dealer places an order, we may collect:
* Business name
* Phone number
* Email address
* Delivery address
* Products ordered
* Quantities ordered
* Order information
* Cash-on-delivery payment information
CarryMart currently uses Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not use an online payment gateway and do not collect or store credit-card, debit-card, bank-account, or similar online payment details through the website.
Account Login Information
Dealer accounts use an email address and password for login.
Dealer passwords are stored in hashed form rather than as plain-text passwords.
If a dealer forgets their password, CarryMart provides an OTP-based password-reset process. The OTP is sent to the dealer's registered email address.
Support and Issue Information
When you contact CarryMart for support, we may collect information such as:
* Customer/dealer ID
* Support topic
* Your question or reported issue
* Information necessary to resolve the matter
For product issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may retain information about the reported issue and the approved replacement.
3. Business and License Verification
CarryMart manually reviews dealer registration information before approving an account.
As part of this process, we may check business-license or business-registration information through Canadian government websites or official business verification resources.
This verification is used to determine whether the business provided during registration exists and is eligible for a dealer account.
We do not use government verification websites for unrelated purposes or intentionally collect additional personal information from those websites beyond what is needed for business verification.
4. How We Use Personal Information
CarryMart may use personal information to:
* Verify dealer eligibility
* Review and approve or reject dealer applications
* Create and manage dealer accounts
* Provide approved dealers with access to dealer pricing
* Process orders
* Process Cash on Delivery orders
* Deliver products
* Contact dealers when necessary regarding orders or deliveries
* Provide customer/dealer support
* Maintain order and business records
* Process product replacements
* Reset account passwords
* Send account approval or rejection emails
* Send promotional emails containing discounts and special offers
* Meet applicable legal or business requirements
* Protect the security and operation of our website and services
We do not use dealer information for purposes unrelated to the operation of CarryMart except where permitted or required by applicable law.
5. Account Approval and Rejection
CarryMart manually reviews dealer applications.
If an application is approved, the dealer receives an approval email and can access dealer pricing and place orders.
If an application is rejected, CarryMart sends a rejection email.
Registration information from both approved and rejected applications may be retained for business and verification purposes.
6. Emails and Communications
CarryMart sends the following types of email communications:
Account Emails
These may include:
* Account approval emails
* Account rejection emails
* Password-reset OTP emails
Promotional Emails
Approved dealers may receive promotional emails containing discounts and special offers.
CarryMart currently does not provide an automated unsubscribe link in promotional emails. If you do not want to receive promotional emails, you may contact us at:
[Carrymartwholesale@gmail.com](mailto:Carrymartwholesale@gmail.com)
and request that promotional emails be stopped.
Stopping promotional emails does not prevent us from sending necessary account-related communications, such as account approval, rejection, or password-reset messages.
7. How We Send Emails
CarryMart uses PHPMailer with smtp.gmail.com to send emails.
This means email service infrastructure operated by the email service provider may process information necessary to deliver emails.
8. Cookies and Login Sessions
CarryMart uses cookies that are necessary for website functionality and dealer login.
When a dealer chooses to remain logged in, CarryMart may use a login/remember-me cookie to keep the dealer signed in for up to 30 days.
This login cookie is used to maintain the dealer's authenticated login and provide a convenient login experience.
The login cookie may allow an approved dealer to remain logged in between visits without entering their login credentials each time, subject to the website's security controls and the dealer logging out or the cookie expiring.
CarryMart does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tracking technologies for advertising or analytics purposes.
9. Analytics and Tracking
CarryMart does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising/tracking tools to monitor website visitors.
We do not intentionally collect browsing information for analytics, behavioral advertising, or similar tracking purposes.
10. Sharing Personal Information
CarryMart does not sell customer or dealer personal information.
Personal information may be shared only when necessary to operate the business, provide requested services, comply with legal requirements, or protect CarryMart and its users.
Delivery
CarryMart uses its own delivery personnel.
When necessary to complete a delivery, the delivery person may receive:
* Business name
* Delivery address
* Phone number
This information is provided for delivery purposes.
Service Providers
CarryMart uses third-party service providers for certain business functions, including:
* Hostinger for website hosting and related infrastructure
* Gmail/SMTP services for sending emails
These service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to CarryMart.
CarryMart does not intentionally share customer/dealer information with unrelated third parties.
11. Government and Legal Disclosure
CarryMart may disclose personal information to a government authority, court, law-enforcement agency, regulator, or other authorized party when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud or misuse, or comply with a legal obligation.
12. International Processing
CarryMart is based in Canada, but information may be stored or processed outside Canada when required by our service providers.
For example, the physical location of hosting or email infrastructure may vary depending on the service provider and infrastructure being used.
Where information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
13. Security

* Restricting customer and dealer information to authorized personnel
* Hostinger hosting security measures
* Other reasonable technical and organizational security measures appropriate to the information we handle
Access to customer and dealer information within CarryMart is restricted to the owner/admin.
No security system can guarantee that information will always remain completely secure. CarryMart continually works to maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the circumstances.
14. Security Incidents and Data Breaches
If CarryMart becomes aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident.
Where notification is required by applicable law, CarryMart will notify affected individuals and/or the appropriate parties as required.
15. Data Retention
CarryMart retains personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed for legitimate business, verification, operational, contractual, or legal purposes.
Dealer registration information is not automatically deleted after verification because CarryMart may need to review the information again if a dealer later reports an issue, provides incorrect information, or requires account verification.
Order records may also be retained for business and record-keeping purposes.
When information is no longer required and there is no legal or legitimate business reason to retain it, CarryMart may securely delete or dispose of it.
16. Cancelled Orders
Orders may be cancelled before delivery by contacting CarryMart support.
CarryMart may retain the cancelled order record for business and record-keeping purposes.
CarryMart does not retain the reason for cancellation as part of the cancelled order record.
17. Product Replacements
CarryMart does not provide standard monetary refunds.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement may be provided subject to approval by the CarryMart support team.
When a replacement is approved, CarryMart may retain information about:
* The product involved
* The replacement
* The issue reported

Before processing a privacy request, CarryMart may require you to verify your identity, including by using your dealer account/login information.
CarryMart does not currently provide an account-deletion option. Personal information may continue to be retained where needed for legitimate business purposes or where retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
19. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep personal information accurate and appropriate for the purposes for which it is used.
Dealers may contact CarryMart if their account information is inaccurate or outdated and request a correction.
20. Consent and Withdrawal
By providing personal information to CarryMart and using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
Where consent is required for a particular use or disclosure, CarryMart will obtain consent in accordance with applicable requirements.
You may contact us to withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services, maintain an account, process orders, or perform other necessary business functions.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect information that CarryMart is required or permitted to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes.
21. External Websites and Social Media
The CarryMart website may contain links or icons connecting to external platforms, including:
* Instagram
* Facebook
* WhatsApp
These services are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies, terms, and practices.
CarryMart does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of external websites or platforms.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external service before providing information to that service.
22. Business Transfer
CarryMart does not intend to transfer customer or dealer personal information as part of a sale, merger, acquisition, or other transfer of the business.
Any future change to this practice would be handled in accordance with applicable law.
23. Children
CarryMart is a wholesale business platform intended for qualifying dealers and businesses rather than a general consumer service for children.
Registration requires business information and verification.
